PACE trains Kenyan youth in their pre-university gap year to serve as volunteer teaching assistants in rural and slum schools for 8 months. The youth provide on-site grading, tutoring and mentoring support at no cost to the schools. They also assist with management of extracurricular activities, sports and clubs within the schools and initiate school improvement projects. PACEmaker International has been a PFE partner since 2019.
