Beyond The Grant

Partners for Equity believes in deep partnerships that go beyond traditional grantmaking which is why we invest in a boutique and tailored capacity strengthening program for our partners within the Local Leaders Portfolio.

We work alongside leaders and their teams to develop and strengthen skills so they can scale and grow. We see ourselves as allies and amplifiers of our partners’ work and we believe that giving support beyond grant funding offers sustainable support which will benefit well into the future.

Partners for Equity engages specialist consultants who are experts in their field to work directly with teams to achieve key milestones. One-on-one meetings, formal support programs with regular weekly or fortnightly sessions and professional development workshops are provided. We take a tailored approach with each partner.
