Safari Doctors runs a health centre and conducts medical outreaches across 25 remote villages that have no access to health care in Lamu East and West. They treat 1,500 – 2,000 patients and 500 animals per month. Their team travel by sea and road with boats loaded with medicines to reach remote villages on the mainland and within Lamu’s cluster of islands. Safari Doctors has been a PFE partner since 2020.
